Sylvestre was brilliant from the minute I contacted him. We had a birthday dinner party for 18. He designed a perfect menu for the guests. Taking into account different dietary restrictions. He arrived with julia and just got on with it. I didn’t have to do anything other than enjoy my friends. The food was delicious and professionally presented. All the guests raved about it. The timing was perfect. They left the kitchen cleaner and tidier than it is usually. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.
